LIVING WATER LEADERSHIP TEAM
ANDREW KEENER
Founding Pastor
Andrew has always had a heart for God and a heart for people. As a child and Teen Andrew was continuously finding ways to serve, especially in the Church. He was heavily involved in Campus Crusade for Christ during his college years and volunteered as a youth leader every summer. Andrew served on Pastoral Staff at a local church for nearly seventeen years in the areas of Youth, Worship and Associate Pastorship before founding Living Water Church; answering the call to plant a church that boldly proclaims God’s pure, unadulterated Word while producing an atmosphere and legacy of discipleship in Northern Virginia. He obtained his Masters Degree of Theology from Regent Univeristy and his Undergraduate Degree in Mathematics and Education from James Madison Univeristy. A Northern Virginia native, Andrew has always had a heart for the people here. He met his wife, Caroline while both were serving in youth ministry and they have four children. As a family they share a heart for adventure, truth, community outreach and a desire to make Northern Virginia a brighter place and more and more people experience the dynamic love of Jesus.
CAROLINE KEENER
Children's Ministry
Performing Arts
Caroline comes from a generational legacy of ministry workers, including her parents who served as Children's Church Directors for several years (her mother also directed the Church preschool). A Southern California native, she did not originally plan to locate to the East Coast. After obtaining her BFA in Musical Theatre and specialty in Pre-Medical Science from TCU she moved to Northern Virginia when considering medical programs to be closer to her sister. She soon felt a calling back to performing arts and began teaching at local dance schools, choreographing and helping to implement dance therapy at hospitals and specialized schools. Simultaneously, she began to volunteer in Youth Ministry where she met and got to know Andrew. Soon afterward the founding Pastor asked her about beginning a performing arts program and invited her on staff. She and Andrew got to know each other by serving in the church and working together, complimenting their areas of ministry to make outreach and discipleship as fruitful as possible. She is currently the director of Jubilee Performing Arts, a nonprofit performing arts ministry that continues to spread the gospel and serve the Church and community as its done since its founding in 2014. She and Andrew look forward to many life adventures together along with their four children who are their most precious adventures.
